30% Chaos (tiny house, even tinier kitchen and far too much in the cupboards.)
30% Inspiration (I spend far too much time reading food related books, magazines and loads of stuff on the internet, as well as a sizeable chunk of my TV watching being food and cooking shows. And to top it all off I spend everyday in the presence of pretty much anything I need for anything I want to eat or cook.)
40% Obsession (I love food, though I think I love cooking food more. I blame being feed monkfish, farm shop sausages, clotted cream and on the odd occassion caviar as a child. Plus I grew up with homegrown veg always on the menu, and probably just a bit of the ‘cooking gene’ in my blood.)
100% Food created by me in my tiny kitchen, for my friends and family (and myself of course!!)
